Sink Ridge Point Prospect

I found an old mine or just a digging here several years ago in about 2002. There was a shovel and some other tools of modern make still there as if the prospectors planned on coming back. If it was a mine, it was caved in, but someone had definitely been digging there.

Below the digging, on a little flat bench there are some quakies there and one of them has an old cross carved into it. Maybe the Spanish had something to do with the diggings on that point at some time...
